You will have oversight of a $250M+ annual budget and the recovery of these costs through platform, product, and services to all businesses across Macquarie. You will have an important position to collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop and implement workforce strategies for 700+ resources working across 30+ locations globally. In addition, you will support the technology strategy by providing timely and accurate reporting of key initiatives.What you offerProven strategic leadership and vision in guiding teams to achieve long-term business goals.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.Deep commercial acumen with experience in developing and evaluating business cases for technology investments.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.Expertise in bridging the "communication gap" between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive strong business outcomes.Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
