As our highly valued Teacher Director with our C&K Crestmead Community Kindergarten team, you'll nurture an inclusive, collaborative and supportive team culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.
With energy, creativity and care, you'll take a hands-on approach to teaching where you will lead a team of passionate people to deliver a quality educational program for children in our play-based learning environment.
And as an approachable leader for families, children and your team, you'll play an integral role in the overall operations and management of the centre to encourage and nurture children's learning and development while building great relationships with our families and the wider community.
Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification. First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (issued within the last three months) or willing to obtain these.
