Director, Systems Support and Reporting, ICT Data and Systems BranchThe Director is responsible for providing systems support, data reporting, and performance reporting related to the Indigenous Advancement Strategy (IAS) grants program. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight and maintains a high-level of understanding across all functions of the team. The Director must lead priority work, including data preparation, development of briefings, input into NIAA Grants projects and programs, and support of NIAA's Grants systems. The role includes collaborating with other branches and programs, as well as external stakeholders from other Government agencies.The Director role will include:Control of planning, resource management, performance management, and decision-making responsibilities, as well as people and stakeholder management responsibilities.Providing strategic advice and specialist expertise across a broad range of activities, including any issues that require escalation to a senior staff member.Supporting delivery of the technology components of high agency priorities such as the Remote Jobs and Economic Development Program, the New Remote Employment Services Program, and maintenance of the Community Development Program.Responsibility for ensuring IAS data requests are delivered to all areas of the agency including the Ministers Office in a timely manner and ensuring NIAA's Grants systems are maintained and supported to a high standard.Our Ideal CandidateOur ideal candidate is team-oriented, outcome-focused, self-motivated, and resilient.
