Duties To provide high level support and advice to the Deputy Secretary, Secretary and the Agency Executive, on a broad range of matters, including intergovernmental relations for the development and implementation of strategic policing and emergency services policy and reporting services.
Lead high level inter-governmental relations and the strategic policy agenda for the Department.

Arson and fire setting; Sexual offences; Dishonesty (e.g. theft, burglary, breaking and entering, fraud); Deception (e.g. obtaining an advantage by deception); Violent crimes and crimes against the person; Malicious damage and destruction to property Trafficking of narcotic substance; A tertiary qualification or degree in a relevant discipline, and extensive experience in the management and delivery of high-level strategies and policy and reporting services.
