The Director of Revenue is then responsible for ensuring that inventory allocation and pricing parameters are positioned to support the overall revenue goals of the hotel.
This role serves as the objective decision maker that ensures the best interest of profitability is served in the overall hotel as well as ensuring the integrity of rates and long-term customer investment.KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESMaximizes hotel RevPAR through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate therein.Leads strategic planning and collaborates with all hotel profit generation teams to actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit for Rooms, F&B, Spas, and other revenue streams.Provides relevant information and recommendations to the Director of Sales and General Manager in the decision-making process of promotion participation, offline contracts and pricing thereof.Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance.Leverages Revenue Management analytics, technologies, processes, tools, and training programs to optimize hotel profits.Utilize data-driven insights to forecast revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR) to meet or exceed budgeted goals.Produce all relevant components of the Budget pertaining to Revenue Management.Understanding the 360-degree process in forecasting the revenue-based strategies.Responsible for completion of all rooms and revenue forecasting, budgeting and planning to accurately project unconstrained demand and hotel performance in collaboration with the DOSM, Director of Finance, Hotel Manager and the Regional team.QualificationsQualificationsBachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree and/or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.Extensive knowledge of forecasting and interpreting/analyzing results to plan and conducting budgetary analysis.Strong organizational skills including follow up, time management, ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Additional InformationWhat's In It for YouLots of opportunity to progress and switch it up as part of a global family of brands.Great healthcare, competitive salary, and some nice extra perks across the Ennismore family of brands!Learning opportunities to broaden your skillset and development that helps you think, make, and thrive at work.The opportunity to be yourself and collaborate with other bright minds in a relaxed, innovative culture.
