McGrathNicol is a specialist Advisory and Restructuring firm, helping businesses improve performance, manage risk, and achieve stability and growth.We are seeking a Director to join our Restructuring team, based in our Sydney office, who wants to grow and develop their career in a collaborative and supportive environment.You would be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operational and administrative management of both restructuring and insolvency engagements.

Partnering with boards, management teams and financiers facing situations of financial distress, we quickly identify root causes, formulate turnaround strategies and implement value-maximising restructures.
