This strategic role is vital to advancing the company's commitment to sustainable energy investments, focusing on utility-scale projects in wind, solar, and battery storage across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Direction: Develop and execute investment and origination strategies for a significant portfolio of renewable energy assets, driving growth and long-term value.
Leadership and Oversight: Lead the investment team in managing complex transactions and overseeing the origination of new investment opportunities.
Decision-Making: Make critical investment decisions based on comprehensive analysis, including due diligence, financial modelling, and risk assessment.
Origination Strategy: Identify and evaluate new project opportunities and partnerships in renewable energy, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Portfolio Optimisation: Oversee and enhance the performance of the renewable energy portfolio, implementing strategies to maximise returns.
Deal Structuring and Negotiation: Direct high-stakes negotiations and structuring of major investment deals.
Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Market Leadership: Identify emerging investment opportunities and trends in renewable energy.
Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
Proven track record in investment management specifically related to renewable assets.
Demonstrated experience in conducting due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation of renewable assets.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business and advanced qualifications such as an MBA, CFA, or equivalent are required.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
