As an EL2, you'll be the linchpin that connects strategy to change and execution, guiding our teams through complex transitions with precision and insight.

In this role, you'll manage initiatives that are central to the Commission's objectives of:
Upholding participants' rights
Elevating quality and safety
Enabling consumer independence
From developing change strategies to engaging stakeholders across multiple levels of government, your efforts will ensure that changes are not only implemented but embraced by all.
