Role Overview As Director, Product Management (Australia) at Idera, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Developer Tools products.
Your mission will be to develop a comprehensive product strategy and lead a team of talented product managers.
You'll be responsible for building and delivering a robust roadmap of product offerings, as well as a thriving platform that resonates with developers.

Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison between our Product/R&D teams and the Business teams, ensuring alignment and efficient execution of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and integrate these insights into strategic product plans.
Engage in effective negotiation with business stakeholders to ascertain optimal product options.
Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to craft and execute winning plans for product development.
Guide and mentor the product team, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in product management.
Qualifications and Skills Exceptional organizational skills.
Strong proficiency in both oral and written communication.
Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to inspire and lead technical teams.
Prior experience in product management, particularly in low code applications and Business Intelligence platforms or related fields.
Location This is a fully remote position offering a flexible work from home environment for candidates residing in Australia.

The role is open to both full-time and contract arrangements.
