This includes, but is not limited to, app design, UX research strategy, how we run design across ANZ, and how the teams work together as a function.You'll have a relentless focus on building market-leading digital experiences with a passion for data-driven insights. You'll work closely with the rest of the product leadership team and colleagues across engineering, data, commercial, marketing, and operations to deliver value for our customers.This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of design principles, user research methodologies, and the unique challenges of financial services, as you'll be developing the north-star vision and strategy for our product experiences.We're looking for someone who wants the whole team to succeed and is willing to pitch in to solve problems alongside the wider Product Leadership Team. You should be focused on optimizing ways of working, product operations, how we get things to market, rituals, and best practices for Product Designers & Product Managers.This role can be based out of
either our Sydney CBD or Melbourne CBD office
