What's in it for you?
We are currently looking to supplement and add to our team with a Senior Manager to provide tax advice and compliance services to large private businesses with an advanced growth strategy, including international expansion and mergers & acquisition activity.
As a Senior Manager, you will be working closely with the executive leaders of these businesses, assisting them to execute their business strategy through a multi-disciplinary EY tax team led by you. You will be exposed to leading business practices which will develop your commercial acumen, work with a diverse mix of tax professionals which will develop your leadership skills, and apply your deep taxation knowledge to assist these businesses to comply with global taxation codes and financial accounting reporting.
Your key responsibilities
Drawing on your skills and experience in tax advisory, you will provide tax structuring and tax compliance services. This will include identifying opportunities to network and develop new business. Working across multiple projects and clients, you will have the opportunity to advise clients on a broad range of key tax issues covering income tax, tax accounting, transfer pricing, and transaction tax.
What we're looking for
Experience in Tax Consulting, ideally in a top-tier or second-tier accounting firm or legal firm.
Experience in managing junior staff and their development.
Experience with tax law including tax residency, taxation of financial arrangements, tax consolidation, and recent tax reforms.
Strong accounting skills and experience in preparing special purpose financial statements.
Ability to build strong and lasting business relationships.
Excellent written and communication skills.
