As a Director in the NSW Client Acquisition Team, you will have proven lending experience, expert knowledge of high and ultra-high net worth client needs, and an already established network of clients and referrers.Additionally, you will:Guide clients and business partners throughout their lending journey, developing authentic long-term relationships.Build new client relationships and identify new business development opportunities by advocating for CBA and CBA products, including lending, banking, and wealth.Build your personal brand and network in the community to enhance your credibility.Determine suitable lending solutions with prospective homebuyers and submit lending applications.Grow your business by building and maintaining external referral sources and seeking referrals from existing customers.Refer customers with complex financial needs to specialists within the Group.Research the broader market, and economic and industry changes affecting customers and the Group.Share best practices, productivity ideas, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Support the Private Banking team by inspiring, developing, and growing colleagues.About youTo be successful in this role you will have:Recent experience in a similar role within Private Banking, Premier Banking, Business/Commercial Banking, or similar.Experience in residential and commercial lending, including complex lending structures.Existing clients/referral networks.A demonstrated ability to develop new networks and maintain effective relationships with high and ultra-high net worth clients.Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or a related field (desirable).RG146 (desirable).If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
