You will also manage the centre's curriculum, administration, and budgeting.Qualifications include a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, 1+ years in a leadership role, a current First Aid Certificate, and a valid Working with Children Check. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
