The DART program will also improve identification and response to both immediate and systemic NDIS risks.As a Platform Enablement Director, you will have the opportunity to manage and implement cloud-based platforms and solutions for the commission while enjoying a collaborative and flexible working environment. You will be able to demonstrate:Translate strategic goals into operational objectives, fostering a shared purpose within the teamGather and investigate information from diverse sources, exploring innovative ideas and viewpointsBuild and lead teams with complementary skills, allocating resources to achieve resultsAnticipate risks and proactively seek to minimise themCommunicate clearly and confidently, articulately presenting complex information.About the RoleDevelop and implement a strategic vision for platform enablement, aligning solutions with the commission's objectivesEvaluate and recommend modern technology options to effectively support data transformation processesProvide high-level engineering guidance and oversight for implementing cloud-based data transformation platforms, ensuring best practices are followedLead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation in problem-solvingDrive change management initiatives, building trust with stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-buildingStay informed of industry trends and technologies, offering insights on emerging solutions that align with the organisation's strategic direction.Please see candidate information pack for full position description.
