Responsibilities include: Leading the management and coordination of two portfolios (First Nations and Early Childhood) to ensure differentiated delivery of services and programs to support children, students, families, and communities across the region.Valuing First Nations cultures and voice both within the Department and across agencies to ensure authentic First Nations engagement.Developing and implementing strategies to strengthen knowledge, business systems and team performance to meet organisational and client needs.Actively promoting the importance of the early years to all stakeholders.Prioritising the participation and engagement of all children and students in development and learning pathways.Bring your expertise, leadership skills, and drive, and be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference.
