Job Title: Director - Partnership Support Services
Location: Darwin, Northern Territory
Salary: $153,000 + Super + Salary Packaging + 5 Weeks Annual Leave

The Director will play a pivotal role in driving capacity-building initiatives, delivering fee-for-service professional assistance, and promoting the growth of ACOs in the human services sector.
The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational management.

About the Service: The Partnership Support Services is founded on the principles of respectful, two-way partnerships.
It supports Aboriginal Controlled Organisations by offering assistance with capacity building, navigating complex projects, and implementing human service initiatives.
The PSS operates with sustainability and cultural safety at its core, ensuring that services meet practical needs, aspirations, and contract obligations of its partners.
