You will have a direct influence on the strategic growth of the practice while providing tailored, expert tax solutions to high-profile clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:Drive business growth by building strong client relationships and identifying new market opportunities.Lead client service teams, ensuring top-notch service delivery.Offer tailored, strategic tax advice and resolve complex tax issues.Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring continuous development and technical excellence.Oversee the review of income tax returns and provisions.Ensure compliance with tax laws and governance frameworks for corporate clients.Provide guidance on business structuring, tax due diligence, and cross-border tax matters.What We're Looking For:Degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance with a major in Accounting.CA qualification (or equivalent).Experience & Skills:Extensive experience in corporate tax advisory, compliance, and consulting.Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.Leadership and mentoring experience, with a passion for growing and developing high-performing teams.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels.Ready to Make an Impact?If you're ready to take your tax career to the next level, lead high-performing teams, and work for a firm that supports your professional growth while valuing your personal time, this is the opportunity for you!
