We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for the role of Director of the Palliative Care Outcomes Collaboration (PCOC). This senior management position within AHOC holds primary focus on managing the national initiatives of PCOC and collaborating with a dedicated national team, including functional colleagues based at the University of Western Australia, Queensland University of Technology, and the University of Wollongong. The position also oversees the leadership of a parallel project in palliative care coordination.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills essential for managing a diverse team of academic and professional staff. They will have the ability to represent credibly at both national and international forums and take the initiative to achieve key work plan milestones. Additionally, strong leadership and project management capabilities are crucial for effectively guiding the continued development and daily operations of program activities while providing strategic direction. The ability to undertake interstate travel is also essential for this role.
