Using our broad experience, we help navigate the climate transition and design and invest in breakthrough ideas that deliver financial returns.The opportunityPollination is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Director in Australia (ideally Sydney) to join our growing team.In this role, you will work directly into the Group CFO and work closely with the Executive team, playing a key role in driving group performance through financial planning and analysis. Your ability to translate data into meaningful insights will be instrumental in our decision making.We are open to full time or part time (3 or 4 days a week) depending on your experience.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business unit heads to develop financial plans and monitor ongoing performance.Lead and manage the formal financial planning processes including budget and quarterly financial reviews.Develop financial analytics and metrics to support resource allocation and partner with corporate strategy to identify trends and opportunities.Work closely with the CFO and corporate development to support capital raising and partner with external advisors.Work with senior executives to optimize capital allocations and strategies to maximize shareholder value.Work alongside an experienced CFO with deep expertise in financial services asset classes and international markets.About youExpertise in financial modeling and maintaining real-time insights into shareholder value creation and long-term strategic financial planning.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data for informed decision-making.Pragmatic, with a critical approach to analyzing data and evaluating business cases.Proven ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of a global organization.A track record of working with finance systems and driving process improvements.Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment through curiosity and a problem-solving approach.Highly collaborative working style.At least 7 years' experience.Accounting qualifications or a quantitative study such as Finance, Business, or Mathematics.You'll love this role if...You thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment and have exceptional attention to detail.
