As part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Director Operations is responsible for leading the following teams:
Client Services Register Assurance Workforce Optimization Strategic Engagement This role involves optimizing the organization's people, technological, and information resources.
The Director Operations provides expert analysis and strategic advice to the General Manager on stakeholder engagement, service innovation, and register assurance activities to ensure effective implementation of corporate governance, quality management systems, and risk management strategies.
The ideal candidate will thrive on driving improvement across all aspects of business operations, identifying performance gaps, and implementing improvement plans.
Strong cross-functional project management experience and a background in business process changes and technology application development are essential.
The successful candidate should have an adaptive leadership style, value differences within the team, and collaborate effectively across the ELT.
Integrity, honesty, and a customer-centric approach are crucial, along with excellent communication skills to influence, negotiate, and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimize the Client Services, Register Assurance, Workforce Optimization, and Strategic Engagement teams Build team capacity and capability, nurture a high-performing team culture, and inspire commitment Provide advice and support to the General Manager and Boards within the portfolio Establish and ensure effective implementation of corporate governance, quality management systems, and risk management strategies Proactively identify and manage risks, collaborate on risk mitigation strategies This position reports to the General Manager.
