That's truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.About the roleThis newly created Director role will lead the Office of the CEO functions and will oversee the Board and TAC Executive leadership team governance.This role is responsible for providing specialist advisory to the CEO and supports key relationships between the CEO and critical internal and external stakeholders, contributing to TAC's efficient operation and delivery of strategic objectives.About the TeamReporting to the CEO, this role will have three direct reports and will oversee the Office of the CEO, including the Company Secretary Function, ensuring sound corporate governance practice and administration excellence to achieve a high performing TAC board authorising environment.What we're looking forStrategic Executive ExperienceStrategic thinker with the ability to analyse, interpret and apply significant judgement to complex information and to manage issues and identify solutions.
