(Organisation site )Human Resources Branch, People, Information and Communication Services DivisionThe Office of the Assistant Directors-General (OADG) and Chief HR Officer are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Director, OADG. This position is pivotal to the coordination of key priorities across HR Branch to support the ADG.The Department of Education are dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the community and schools we support by treating everyone with respect and dignity. This includes making reasonable adjustments to support applicants at all stages of the process and employee lifecycle.About Us:The Office of the ADG is a fast paced, high volume work environment which is in an exciting period of process improvement to deliver a high performing and agile team to support the priorities of HR Branch, and support the ADG.Your Role:Oversee the continued development and implementation of quality processes associated with the management of executive correspondence.Lead the coordination of executive correspondence within established timeframes and quality standards across HR Branch and the Office of the ADG.Provide high level support and advice to the Assistant Director-General, HR Branch on items including but not limited to high level submissions, reports, papers, and complex issues related to financial and human resources.About You:An ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and attributes:Experience working in a similar, high volume and faced paced environment is desirable.Experience with a records management system such a Content Manager is desirable.Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.Interested?
