The role of the Director of Systems and Reporting is to ensure that the College is compliant with all its mandatory reporting and that these reports are prepared accurately.
The second function of this role is to manage the service delivery and product enhancements of the school's data management system, The Alpha School System (TASS).
This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and enthusiastic team member who is a passionate and highly motivated data specialist.
The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director – Business Services and work in conjunction with other Leadership Team members as appropriate in delivering the compliance reporting.
This position is a full-time, ongoing position with a negotiated starting date and salary base of $135,000 p.a.
plus super.
Salary may be negotiated and will be based upon experience and qualifications.
We are looking for someone who has: Demonstrated organisational, project management and administrative skills, including the ability to meet personal targets, deadlines, manage projects and handle competing demands without compromising standards or service quality;Proven leadership in driving student system improvements and major projects, enhancing user and organisational outcomes, with expertise in analysis, testing, and implementation.Prior experience working with TASS is highly desirable;In-depth knowledge of the Education sector and relevant legislation relating to student and academic administration.Demonstrated commitment to a customer-service focused, team culture and ability to work both independently or collaboratively in a team environment;Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability to interact with a diverse range of staff.A valid Queensland working with Children Check is mandatory;Relevant qualifications or experience working in a similar environment.Ability to work autonomously: lead and manage projects; prioritise work and deliver to deadlines.High level communication skills – written, oral and verbal.Benefits of working with Marist College Ashgrove: You will have the opportunity to be part of a warm and welcoming community that prides itself on delivering the best possible outcomes to our students;Hybrid working arrangements.How to Apply: Your application needs to include the following:
