Responsibilities:Meet with the President to discuss plans for upcoming adjustments or developments to operations strategy and other company goals and objectives.Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives.Present the company to clients to grow external business for additional services.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in daily business operations, enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.Monitor key performance indicators, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.Oversee a team of professionals, providing guidance and support for their development and success.Drive the continued development of our facility, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our research and production activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, goals, and objectives across the organization.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making and maintain compliance.Potentially stand in for the President if the senior executive is out of the office or otherwise engaged.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.Proven track record in operation or strategic partnering.Strong understanding of the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Experience in presenting to clients and driving business growth is highly desirable.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Join our innovative and collaborative environment, where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of biotechnology.
