Director of Sales & Marketing – Top Luxury Internationally Renowned Hotel Sydney AU$160-180K + Bonus ExCom Member Manage Sales, Marketing, Events, Reservations & Revenue Departments We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Sales & Marketing for one of the most prestigious luxury hotels in Australia. This senior leadership role not only oversees sales and marketing but also plays a pivotal part in overseeing the events, reservations and revenue department .
As a member of the executive committee, you will work closely with senior management to drive the hotel's success across all departments, leading dedicated teams. Strong leadership and strategic oversight of sales, marketing, events, and revenue performance are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the sales, marketing, events, reservations, and revenue teams. Implement effective strategies to enhance revenue and hotel performance. Collaborate with the executive committee on overall business strategy and operations. Drive guest satisfaction, brand recognition, and financial success. Requirements: Proven senior management experience in luxury hotels. Strong background in sales, marketing, and revenue management. Sydney-based hotel experience is highly regarded. Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
