About The Role Of Director Of Sales
Working closely with and reporting to the Regional Director of Marketing, the Director of Sales is responsible for strategically leading the sales activity to maximise revenue potential and optimise business for the Hotel across all channels, in order to ensure budgeted expectations are achieved.
Key to the role is providing leadership to our high performing Sales team in order to maintain the position of the property as the premier deluxe Hotel in Sydney.
We are looking for someone with superior communication skills, one who is able to vary their style to suit a wide internal audience whilst maintaining and strengthening relationships with key clients and partners.
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have a hunger for results, be a savvy negotiator and influencer, a swift decision maker and will enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking whilst meeting tight deadlines.
