As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing key client relationships across our Gold Coast property. A few of your responsibilities
Leading & owning the group's commercial strategy and planning for Hotel & Events Sales Drive trade performance to achieve revenue & yield targets Acquiring new customers and manage key client relationships (new and existing) Collaborating with and coordinating diverse teams (marketing, sales, property hotel & events teams) Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for senior management Successfully lead a large sales team What we are looking for
