As a key leader, you will drive sales performance within the construction equipment sector, focusing on expanding market share and developing impactful sales strategies that align with Brandt's overarching business objectives. The role will be primarily based in the Metro Region and will involve some travel across 14 branches in Victoria and South Australia, offering a diverse and rewarding experience with responsibilities that include:
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Excellence: Propel sales performance and increase market share in your region through strategic initiatives. Collaborative Inventory Management: Work closely with teams on asset and inventory management to ensure alignment with growth strategies. Mentorship and Development: Inspire and develop your sales staff to cultivate a motivated, high-performing workforce. Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends to identify and seize future opportunities that enhance our competitive edge. Strategic Contribution: Facilitate and contribute to corporate sales strategy and participate actively in strategic planning sessions. Training Expertise: Provide regular training sessions focused on compact construction equipment, empowering your team with knowledge and skills. About You:

Your specialized experience in the construction equipment sector is critical, as it enables you to understand the unique challenges and demands of the market.
Proven Leadership in Sales: Demonstrating a strong ability to cultivate team success and drive results. Strong Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial principles and metrics for informed decision-making. Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the Construction Equipment Industry, equipping you to effectively address industry-specific challenges. Stakeholder Management: A track record of success in building and managing key relationships for collaboration and growth. Sales Experience: 4-5 years in the construction equipment industry (experience in other heavy equipment sales will also be considered). About Us:
