We are also about to launch into the international market and into the aged care sector.
About The Role As our Director of Sales and Partnerships, you will spearhead the expansion of our reseller partnership model and lead our entry into the Aged Care sector, while managing our Disability Business Sector.
We're seeking someone who has a proven track record of success selling licence-based models to international and global brands, and thrives in a dynamic, strategic leadership role.

Key Responsibilities Your will have two key responsibilities:
Manage our Disability Sector Sales: Develop an in-depth knowledge of the NGO Training Centre's products and value proposition.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance and positive work culture.
People Leadership: Lead a team of 3.
Note, you will have 1 direct report.
Oversee the sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify new market opportunities, including cross-sector and international opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership team to align sales objectives with overall business strategy.
Analyse sales performance data to refine strategies and optimise results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Ensure compliance with our internal sales policies and process.
Develop pricing strategies to maximise profitability and market competitiveness.
Lead the team in adopting best practices for sales operations and CRM management.
Represent the organisation at key industry events, promoting business growth and brand awareness.
Complete Competitor Analysis research and results.
Roll out Sales Coaching and Training Sessions.
Drive our Reseller Partnerships and the launch into an international market and new sector: Manage and expand our Reseller partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Add new Partners to our Reseller Partnership program.
Hold Reseller Partnership Meetings (both virtual meetings and face-to-face meetings).
Update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Monday.com.
Provide regular reporting of pipeline and accurate forecasts.
Follow our Partnership Sales and Customer Experience Process.
Create new processes where opportunities for improvements exist.
Work with the Head of Marketing to find effective go to market strategies for the Aged Care Sector.
Requirements Minimum 5+ Years as Head of Sales: Proven experience leading sales teams in dynamic environments, including responsibility for strategy development and execution.
Licensing Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in selling licence-based models and managing partnerships with global brands.
Reseller Partnership Management: Experience in building, expanding, and maintaining reseller partnerships, including launching into new international sectors.
Sector-Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of the Disability and Aged Care sectors is desirable but not essential.
Proven Track Record in Sales Leadership: Strong background in driving revenue growth and achieving business targets through effective team leadership and sales strategies.
Strategic Implementation: Capable of aligning sales operations with long-term business goals, especially in a cross-sector and international market.
CRM & Sales Process Management: Expertise in CRM systems and proficiency in refining sales processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in forecasting.
MBA Preferred: Advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable but not required.
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have permanent residency.
