The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to drive our growth, enhance brand presence, and expand our market share. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be at the forefront of Sirromet Wines' growth strategy, leading both the sales (functions/events) and marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
This critical leadership role involves:
Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and achieve budgeted targets.Leading key marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to strengthen our brand and market reach.Overseeing customer relationship management and building long-term partnerships.Engaging with members and stakeholders for effective communication, engagement, and brand loyalty.Ensuring that all marketing and sales activities align with Sirromet Wines' mission and values.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.Set clear, actionable objectives for revenue, profitability, and growth, ensuring alignment with the overall business plan.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability within the team.Oversee marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and promotional events.Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance to inform future strategies.About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role, ideally within the hospitality, wine, or FMCG sectors.Strong strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.A deep understanding of sales and marketing analytics and performance metrics.Why Join Us?
