As Director of Revenue you will build revenue strategies to maximize hotel performance and returns. In this role you will report directly to the General Manager whilst collaborating with the hotel department leaders, Portfolio Teams and external stakeholders/owners.

In this role you will
Drive rate strategy development and implementation to achieve Hotel targetsBe a confident leader that communicates with impact and has an eye for detailHave strong analytical and proactive problem solving skills including analysingdata and market trends, being proactively inquisitive and interpreting the data to develop and implement nimble SMART strategies to maximise revenue opportunities,Have a strong understanding of market segments, yield management techniques, supply/demand drivers. You will navigatecomplex pricing relationships and keep a constant pulse on the market demand drivers by proactively adapting actions to maximise revenueProactively managethe distribution of Hotel inventory to ensure maximum occupancy of the hotel by maintaining accurate rooms inventory control systems.Generate 13 month forecasting, online pricing/planning/availability.Prepare Budgets & Business Plans, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting, attend Owners Review MeetingsDrive proactive rate strategy development and implementation to achieve the Hotel's goalsLead the fortnightly RevMax meetings detailing hotel revenue strategies and leading the departments to be accountable for their contribution to the revenue Qualifications
To be Successful in this role you will have:
Previous Experience in a similar role with an exceptional understanding of Revenue Management Principles and proven success as a Revenue professionalPassionateabout Revenue and Hotels with a winning drive that you enjoy sharing with others. Exceptional proactive communication skills both verbal and written and be able to navigate complex stakeholder environmentsStrong organisational and time management skills.A flair for Excel and PowerPoint and proficiency in Word and Outlook.Resourcefulness and curiosity to innovate.Proactive, customer focused and a collaborative leader Additional Information
