About the role
As the Director of Project Delivery and implementations at Causeis, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex projects and implementations for our diverse range of clients.
This is a pivotal, full-time, fixed-term maternity leave cover position in our Hamilton, QLD office, where you will lead a talented team of consultants, project managers and coordinators.

What you'll be doing
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the project delivery and implementation teams Oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective project plans and deliverables Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and best practices in project management Mentor and develop the project delivery team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business and participate in key decision-making processes What we're looking for
Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience in association management and/or technology Minimum 10+ years experience as a Consulting/Project Manager or similar coordination position Minimum 8+ years experience with modern Association Management Software, including iMIS or equivalent Advanced certification in iMIS and/or project management (e.g., Certified iMIS Professional (CiP), Certified iMIS Administrator (CiA), PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or executive-level training in project leadership (highly desirable) Proven experience delivering digital and technical solutions tailored for associations, with a strong focus on enhancing member user experience and satisfaction Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Proficient in utilising project management software and reporting tools Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as IT, project management, or business What we offer
