As we scale up our business in Australia, we are seeking an experienced Director, Product Management to lead innovation and strategy in our dynamic gaming environment.
In this role, you will drive the development of cutting-edge gaming products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovative gaming products from roadmap development to product launch.
It suits someone who has ANZ market expertise, energetic, commercially minded and enjoys being strategic and hands-on.
You will partner with Sales and Marketing to drive market positioning, manage game feature changes with our game studio and be the go-to person for product management.If you're a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the gaming industry and a knack for turning ideas into market-leading products, we love to hear from you!
This is a hybrid role reporting to the office 2-3 days per week as needed by the business.
Department Product & Project Management Employment Type Full Time Location Sydney, Australia Workplace type Hybrid About the Role Build product vision, strategy and alignment on game features for an engaged player experience through thorough comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitors' products and players' behaviour and feedback Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and drive the product roadmap, game features, mechanics and delivery process focusing on functional execution and positioning of product success in the market.
Guide products throughout the development cycle; bridging technical and business requirements and driving delivery solutions and processes to meet customer and business needs.
Ensure our games align with players' preferences and company's strategic and commercial goals Be the key business owner of the product and content portfolio strategic planning including, strategy for new product introductions, and end-of-life planning.
Direct the prioritization of development resources by roadmap planning based on commercial needs.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials, execute product marketing and launch strategies About You Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
At least 8 years' experience in technical project management, program management, or product management role; casino operations, casino gaming, digital, or gaming industry is of significant interest At least 4 years' experience leading and managing people.
Extensive experience with product management lifecycle process and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive strategy and optimize brand performance Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders Demonstrated ability in identifying and solving problems effectively and efficiently as they relate to products Well-developed and proven organizational skills with an ability to balance and prioritise a variety and competing demands Commercially astute, self-motivated, and achievement driven Ability to travel 20%-30% based on the needs of the business.
