About the Director of People & Culture role:
The Director of People & Culture will provide key leadership support to the Chief Executive Officer and executive / leadership team within the organisation. The successful candidate will be required to actively participate in leading organisational culture and governance, engaging staff, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across the entire hospital.
Some of the areas you will be responsible for: Managing all Human Resource requirements across the organisationPromoting a friendly, respectful, and supportive environmentLeading workforce strategy and cultural development projectsOversee and manage the education services team, providing site wide training and educationManage recruitment and on-boarding for new employeesParticipation in staff injury management with contractual providersEssential Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Human Resources field, or substantial workplace experience within the Human Resources industry is essentialHighly effective communication style and excellent ability to build constructive, working relationships at all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholdersDemonstrated knowledge of business functions (HR, Operations, Administration).Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.Whilst not essential, previous relatable experience in a health setting would be highly desirableTo be eligible for this role, you must have received three COVID-19 vaccinations What is on Offer Permanent Position with applications considered ranging from 0.6 to Full Time hours.A flexible & supportive work-life balance is on offer, including some work from home ability Enjoy an attractive base salary and comprehensive packageAttractive salary packaging and novated lease options are availableDiscounted Private Health Insurance through Latrobe Health ServicesActive social club and discounted staff meals on siteExperience the opportunity to live and work in the scenic region of East Gippsland.How to Apply
