Commencement salary dependent upon relevant experience.An opportunity has arisen for a forward-looking and proactive individual to join our senior management team at Coleg Cambria.
We are one of the largest Further Education Colleges in the UK employing over 1300 colleagues.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the continual development of our inclusive and equitable culture ensuring we are able to deliver our ambitious strategic objectives.The role requires a strategic leader who can align people initiatives and cross college projects such as effective communication, effective management of growth and organisational development, with the college's mission, vision and values.
You will be accountable for the overall leadership and delivery of the full range of HR & Professional Learning services, including the provision of advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with current employment legislation, best practice and inspection standards.We are looking for a candidate who has successful people management experience in the Further Education sector or similar large culturally valued based organisations, together with significant experience of leading and managing people/human resources teams.
