About the Team: We're looking for a hardworking, focused and driven Director of Partner Sales to channel energy, passion and initiative into new partner acquisition.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing against a comprehensive account/territory plan whilst working collaboratively with our internal and external resources.
Responsibilities: Responsible for growing revenue in region/territory through identifying, recruiting, and developing opportunity generating partnerships with Partners
Provide technical training to Partners ensuring that our partners can effectively position and sell our solutions
Coordinate demand generation marketing efforts and mutual business planning
Recruit and develop new partner relationship(s) to drive new business, access to new vertical and technology markets
Drive regular cadence of account mapping sessions with partners and the sales teams responsible for driving net-new accounts and new opportunities in existing accounts
Experience Requirements: 5+ years of sales/channel experience
Working knowledge of sales and channel concepts, methods and techniques
Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent work experience

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards and incentive compensation based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
