This position is a unique job share arrangement with another Director of Nursing which enables both rotation three weeks on site and three weeks off site.The Director of Nursing is responsible for the operational management, coordination of a rural and/or remote facility within the health service. The DON is responsible for the management of staff including nurses, operational, administrative, visiting health professionals and other support services.The very nature of what we do and who we are is the real opportunity.
