Director Of Nursing | Private Hospital - Acute

Pulse Staffing have partnered with a leading Private Hospital group, and require an experienced and driven Director of Nursing to lead the nursing and workforce teams.
As the Director of Nursing, you will be required to lead the development and implementation of the nursing workforce, improve patient outcomes and implement and improve patient flow.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and Senior Leadership teams, the Director of Nursing will have previous demonstrated experience working within a hospital environment as well as experience with providing strategic and clinical nursing leadership.
About you:Proven experience working within in a Senior Leadership role, preferably as a Director of Nursing.Demonstrated experience leading nursing workforce teams, after hours managers, hospital coordinators and relevant clinical professionals.Have a thorough understanding of the regulations, policies and best practice.Previous experience working with healthcare funding and budgets.What you need:Relevant tertiary education within a Bachelor of Nursing.Full and Current AHPRA Registration.Recent experience working as a Director of Nursing within a hospital setting.Experience leading and managing a team.Clear and concise communication skills.To submit your interest for this opportunity, submit your CV by clicking APPLY NOW.
