Your new role:
Deliver high-quality clinical services, education, and research within the Access, Critical Care, and Investigative Services. Actively support the achievement of improved access and activity targets throughout the service and drive organisational initiatives to achieve these. Provide leadership and support of nursing and operational services across ACCIS. Foster an organisational culture of excellence, innovation, positive and collaborative people management and a commitment to high standards of service and quality care. Build capability of direct reports by mentoring and championing a culture of continued improvement. Identify and promote the implementation of evidence-based best practice including innovative models of care that drive safe, timely, effective, and person-centred care. About you:
You will be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. You have demonstrated experience working in an operational leadership role within a large health service. You have relevant postgraduate qualifications in health or management. You have effective communication skills, with a collaborative working style.
