Position Summary: We are seeking a Director of Nursing who will play an integral role in helping us to achieve our vision.
The Director of Nursing provides administrative oversight of care administration in the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of Clinic Operations, in accordance with regulations, accepted practice, and clinic policies and procedures.
This includes personnel oversight, providing ongoing Quality Improvement monitoring, and ensuring current standards are met.
The Director must also ensure that the skills and educational needs of the staff are met.
The Director is responsible for the quality of patient care and ensures that safe patient care is provided by qualified, competent, patient care staff to all patients who present to the clinics.
The Director will oversee clinic operations including schedules, staffing, quality, and patient complaints.
Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of NursingBSN required.
Master's Degree in nursing or a closely related degree is highly preferredLicensed and Registered Nurse in New York StateMinimum of 3 years in a management roleMinimum of 5 years of hospital or clinic experience requiredThe ideal candidate will also demonstrate competency in nursing practices such as directing and coordinating the delivery of nursing services, with strong analytical abilities and problem resolution skills.
Knowledge of federal, state, and other regulatory agencies' laws and requirements is essential.
Benefits Overview: We offer attractive compensation ($95,000-$115,000+) depending upon experience, with comprehensive benefits including Profit Sharing Plan, Medical, 401(k), Long-Term Disability, Transportation Plan, Generous Paid Vacations, and Holidays.
