Director of Nursing – Health Service Manager

As a multi-purpose site, the Hospital offers a range of essential services, including emergency care from the redeveloped emergency department, comprehensive aged care, inpatient ward and community-based healthcare. You will have the opportunity to lead the team in providing quality care across diverse settings, supporting both urgent medical needs and long-term community wellness.
Responsible for the effective management, development and leadership of the health service to ensure best practice delivery of hospital, aged residential and community-based services. Responsible for developing cooperative relationships with local communities and organisations.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for leadership and management of Southern Cross Health Service.Responsible for the delivery of optimum level and best practice quality of services within a "whole of community" framework.Fosters a culture of excellence in the delivery of aged care services.Ensures effective and efficient management of financial, human and physical resources in accordance with regional and WACHS policies and directives.About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
