Nurse Level 7 RDO (Remuneration Package $190,789 - $197,570)
(Comprising salary $163,346 - $170,912) superannuation, leave loading and the value of 2 weeks extra recreation leave. In addition to the above packages; Qualification and professional development allowances, Salary sacrifice and remote locality provisions, furnished accommodation with amenities (electricity/landline/internet) provided.
Relocation assistance can be negotiated.

NT Health is seeking a Director of Nursing and Midwifery to provide authoritative strategic and operational advice that influences contemporary nursing/midwifery practice and service delivery across Primary Health Care practice areas. The role provides strategic and professional leadership for nursing and midwifery across Primary and Public Health Services in the Central Region of NT Health, including remote health services, Corrections, and urban community health. It offers authoritative advice to influence nursing/midwifery practice and service delivery in various areas.

Delivering a complex primary health care service in a diverse environment. Demonstrating high-level leadership and management skills, including strategic thinking, practical people management, and the ability to successfully support change in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment. Strategically and effectively deploying financial and human resources to support the successful attainment of the organisation's strategic and operational plans.
