About the role The Director of Marketing and Communications reports to the Director of Business Operations and works closely with key internal and external stakeholders to shape and deliver a cohesive strategy that enhances the School's brand reputation, strengthens community engagement, and drives future student enrolments.
A member of the School Leadership Team, the role oversees the development and implementation of communication campaigns and experiences, ensuring effective communication across all platforms to connect with current and prospective families, staff, and the wider community.
The role also takes responsibility for managing and exploring income streams, developing innovative partnerships, and maximising the use of our facilities and resources. Working as part of the Business Operations team, the successful applicant will be a key contributor to the community building goals of the School that further grow Westminster's profile and reputation.
We are seeking an authentic, inspirational person who has significant experience in a senior marketing and communications role. You will be highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills, politically and social media savvy, have expertise across a wide range of marketing platforms, and possess strong financial acumen. You will be a strategic thinker with relevant tertiary qualifications and strong skills in business process improvement.
The role will be offered on a 5-year Executive Contract.
