Recognised as an industry leader, they have an outstanding Executive team who drive a high-performance culture that invests heavily in people, process and technology.The RoleThe Finance Director is an integral part of the Exec team and is instrumental in managing the financial and commercial performance of what is one of the largest and most high-profile private Hospitals in the NSW portfolio. Managing the end-to-end finance function for you'll provide leadership, business partnering support and financial governance.Key Responsibilities include:Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and submission of daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and annual financial and management accounts and other reports and analysis to the Hospital Execs and to the Corporate OfficeProvide pro-active business partnering support, through being the commercial link for the facilities and the part of the Executive TeamPreparation and presentation of the Annual Budget and ReforecastsAnalyse and provide insightful commentary on operating results as requiredWork with the Executive Team in formulating and presenting business cases for major equipment and/or brownfield projects for presentation to the Group Executive Leadership TeamEnsure disciplined capital management of on-going capex requests and maintenance of fixed asset registerThe Successful CandidateTo be successful in the role you'll have the following skills/experiences:CA/CPA/CFA qualified.Strong technical accounting, management reporting and analytical skillsExceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.Well-developed leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with business leaders and influencing operationalKnowledge of Private Healthcare will be highly regarded.Trent Cairns 02 9146 6660#J-18808-Ljbffr
