Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Oversee and manage all operations and matters related to the Finance department.Monitor budgetary and key performance indicator movements.Ensure to liaise with the company auditors and regulators.Responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the organization.To ensure effective implementation of all Materials Policies & Procedures following local legislation, whilst maintaining brand Standards in Materials Management.Ensure to manage the development of accounting admissions, credit/collections and internal control policies.Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: 8 to 10 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years in a similar role.Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.Preference shall be given to Chartered Accountant.Pre-Opening experience would be an added advantage.Strong process orientation.Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills.Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box.Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network.Confident in exercising good judgment in decision-making skills.Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.Local National Contract.Additional Information
