They support over 900 families across Australia and provide global assistance through our HearHub platform. Join a compassionate, innovative, and family-friendly environment that values work-life balance, diversity, and inclusion.The Role:They are seeking a dynamic Director of Finance to lead their financial strategy and operations. As a strategic partner to the Executive Team and Board of Directors, you will drive financial sustainability and impact. Your expertise in financial planning, analysis, and compliance will support TSC's mission and growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement long-term financial strategies.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.Manage cash flow, investments, and capital expenditure.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Maintain compliance with regulations and mitigate financial risks.Support fundraising and revenue generation efforts.Lead and mentor the finance team.Engage with stakeholders, including the Board, auditors, and funding organisations.Required Experience and Skills:8+ years in financial leadership rolesBoard exposure and reportingStrong knowledge of nonprofit accounting and financial managementProven strategic planning and operational performance skillsExcellent financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting abilitiesProficiency with financial software systemsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilitiesFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environmentProactive, innovative, and self-driven attitudeCommitment to empowering children with hearing lossExperience working with NDISEssential Qualifications:Degree in finance, business, or economicsCertified Practicing Accountant (CPA)Legal right to work in AustraliaWorking with Children/Vulnerable People Check and NDIS Worker CheckHow to apply:Beaumont People have been retained to recruit this position on behalf of The Shepherd Centre.
