As Sydney's largest premium hotel, the hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences and event spaces.

Responsible for the Finance, IT and Purchasing departments, this is a hands-on leadership role, actively involved in business decision making, while ensuring compliance and business plan execution.Main Responsibilities:Ensures all accounting practices comply with all Company and Government regulationsCompiles, updates and maintains all budgets and forecastsAdminister and control all cash management for the HotelAdministration of all insurance matters in conjunction with local brokersLiaise with internal and external auditorsWork closely with Departments to ensure payroll management and efficienciesProactively initiates communication with the Owning CompanyGrow, develop and support our internal talent in all departmentsTo be successful in this role:Relevant CA/CPA or degree equivalent5 years of experience in a similar role in a large HotelProven effective communication skills while having a sharp eye for detail and accuracyProven success leading and developing teamsFull Australian working rights – sponsorship is not available for this roleOur family is always growing.
