With the support of an off-site Finance Service Centre handling transactional accounting, you will ensure financial accuracy and integrity across the network. Join us and lead the way to financial excellence!Key AccountabilitiesAnalyse financial results to identify opportunities for improvements and growth.Develop and oversee annual budgets and business plans.Manage various non-clinical departments, including Business Office/Patient Administration, Consulting Suites, Finance, Purchasing, Health Information Services, Catering, and Environmental Services.Oversee the financial management and implications of Capital Expenditure.Coordinate with corporate finance services on reporting and compliance.Collaborate with clinical departments to educate and empower managers in understanding, monitoring, and achieving KPIs.About YouTo excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate substantial commercial acumen, advanced financial management expertise, and highly effective leadership skills.
