Job Description Oversee and manage all operations and matters related to Finance department. Develop and manage key relationships with respective division heads and senior managers to provide financial support and understanding of short and long-term financial plans. Monitor budgetary and key performance indicator movements. Ensure to liaise with the company auditors and regulators. Responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the organization. To ensure effective implementation of all Materials Policies & Procedures following local legislation, whilst maintaining Accor Standards in Materials Management. Lead in the development and implementation of benchmarking techniques that will enable the divisions at the hotel to enhance revenues while improving productivity and cost efficiencies. Promote, drive and maximize the GOP Theoretical Flow Through concept at the hotel. Ensure to manage the development of accounting admissions, credit/collections and internal control policies. Ensure all statutory compliances, permissions and licenses are in place and renewed in time. Supervise the functioning of the Procurement department. Qualifications Accounting Designation, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. CPA or MBA preferred. 5+ years of progressive work-related experience in multiple areas of accounting/Finance. Demonstrated experience with accounting system or similar financial software for the purpose of financial reporting, analysis, and presentation. Demonstrated knowledge of finance, budgeting, and accounting processes and regulations, along with demonstrated knowledge of capital projects management standards and techniques and GAAP regulations and procedures. Fluent in Microsoft Windows applications and relevant computer applications. Highly responsible & reliable with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to focus attention on owner & guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Pre-opening experience is preferred. Additional Information Why work for Accor?
