The Director of Enterprise Information Management is responsible for governing information assets across the Health Service to improve efficiency, promote transparency and enable business insights to support health care service delivery in Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service.To be successful in this role you will have:Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise information management portfolios and driving the strategic direction via governance frameworks to achieve safe and quality data that supports decision-making of the business.Demonstrated high level leadership, management and supervisory experience of technical/professional staff to develop and maintain an effective motivated team resulting in successful outcomes.Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, presentation and consultation skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence and maintain effective relationships with senior and multi-disciplinary staff at the organisational and state.If this sounds like the right fit for you, Torres and Cape can offer you:Base comprising salary between $146510.00 - $155025.00 per annumGenerous employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%)Salary packaging option to increase your take home payWork / Life balance, variety and flexibilityGreat support teamRequirements for the role:Relevant qualifications and/or senior experience in information management roles and/or digital information services or public sector administration, will be highly regarded.Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in information management, digital services, project management, or cyber security and information security auditing and implementation will be highly regarded.For additional information regarding the responsibilities, mandatory qualifications and/or other requirements for this position please refer to the role description.About Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Services visit
